Minnesota Grown, harvested and packaged here on the farm. Our honeybees produce a very light floral flavored honey throughout our growing season. Foraging on our garden flowers as well as surrounding hay field flowers, and flowers grown on other near-by properties, we love the light liquid gold sugars they provide. Raw honeycomb includes the wax comb the bees produce which is edible and has wonderful anti-microbial and micro nutrient properties. Honeycomb makes a great addition to any charcuterie boards, ice cream, or upscaled desserts.
